2010 Arctic Cat Thunder Cat Mod 2×4. The idea was to build a large displacement sport ATV. It needed to be extremely reliable. Easy to ride & handle while being versatile in all conditions & terrain. Most importantly it needed to be able to embarrass all other sport ATV’s. Mission accomplished !!!

• Engine: Stock 1,000cc V-Twin.
• Power adder: Custom built Nitrous system with two bottles.
• Exhaust: Speedwerx.
• Transmission: Wet clutch delete.
• Clutches: All machining and tuning completed by Air Dam Clutches.
  • Machined and tuned CV-Tech Powerbloc primary.
  • Full stage 5+ secondary.
• Rear diff.: Welded spike load damper.
• Suspension: Tuned.
• Misc. Shaved fenders. Headed ODI grips. 2″ pivoting ROX risers. LED head light. Two sets of Douglas wheels. One with ITP Sand Stars. The other with ITP Terra Cross’s.

I still have the front diff. if one wants to make it a 4×4 again.
