2010 Arctic Cat Thunder Cat Mod. 2×4. The idea was to build a large displacement sport ATV. It needed to be extremely reliable. Easy to ride & handle while being versatile in all conditions and terrain. Most importantly it needed to be able to embarrass all other sport ATV’s. Mission accomplished !!!

Engine: Stock 1,000cc V-Twin.

Power adder: Custom built Nitrous system with two bottles.

Exhaust: Speedwerx.

Transmission: Wet clutch delete.

Clutches: All machining and tuning completed by Air Dam Clutches. Machined and tuned CV-Tech Powerbloc primary.Full stage 5+ secondary.

Rear diff.: Welded spike load damper.

Suspension: Tuned.

Misc.: Shaved fenders. Headed ODI grips. 2″ pivoting ROX risers. LED head light. Two sets of Douglas wheels. One with ITP Sand Stars. The other with ITP Terra Cross’s. I still have the front diff. if one wants to make it a 4×4 again.
